PickleWallet helps pickleball groups organize games, manage members, track shared costs, and record group payment activity. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use PickleWallet.

PickleWallet does not process peer-to-peer payments. If you send money using Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, cash, or another method, that transaction occurs outside PickleWallet.
PickleWallet may store records that users manually create or confirm, such as “sent,” “received,” “not received,” “pending,” “deducted,” or “adjusted.” These records are for group tracking only.
PickleWallet cannot verify, reverse, refund, or guarantee external payments.
If you allow notifications, we may collect and store a push notification token so we can send reminders about games, join requests, payment tracking, cancellations, or other group activity.
You can control notifications through your device settings.
We keep information for as long as needed to provide PickleWallet, maintain accurate group and payment tracking records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Some records may remain in group history even if a user leaves a group, because other group members may need accurate historical records of games, payments, balances, or attendance.
We may delete, archive, or expire certain old records according to app settings or system maintenance rules.

If you request deletion, we will delete or de-identify personal information where reasonably possible. Some records may be retained if needed for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, or group history purposes.
